At Dementia Outreach CIC, we believe everyone living with dementia should have opportunities to enjoy meaningful activities, maintain personal interests and feel connected to their community.
We aim to encourage dementia-friendly activities that promote creativity, social interaction, gentle physical activity and emotional wellbeing. Whether through gardening, music, arts and crafts, outdoor experiences or community gatherings, our approach focuses on individual choice, inclusion and enjoyment.
We welcome enquiries from people living with dementia, families, unpaid carers, volunteers and local organisations interested in supporting inclusive activities across Hertfordshire.

Ways to Get Involved
People living with dementia and their families are welcome to share the activities they enjoy, from music and gardening to gentle exercise and creative projects. These ideas can help shape opportunities that reflect personal interests and abilities.
Volunteers can contribute their time, encouragement and practical skills to dementia-friendly activities. Whether you enjoy helping with crafts, supporting group conversations or organising community events, there are different ways to help people feel included and connected.
We also welcome enquiries from local organisations, community groups and venues across Hertfordshire interested in working together. If you would like to participate, volunteer or explore a partnership, please contact Dementia Outreach CIC to discuss how you could get involved.
